Change Clip Duration from the End Point?

Hello,

I have a batch editing process going with some 800 individual clips; all of these clips have the same end points, so I wanted to see if there was a way to give them all the same start point of 1 second before the end point. The Change Duration function seems to only trim the end point, but I need it trim from the start point instead if that makes sense. Any method for this that’s easy for editing all clips at once?
