CANCELLATION OF A SUBSCRIPTION

In November 2023 I went to the Apple TV app, I saw the subscription price and it was also saying that I have 7 days trial to cancel before they start billing me.

I subscribed to Apple Tv and after 7 days trial I didn't cancel. Apple tried to bill me, unfortunately I had no funds to be billed.

I went back to the Apple app to cancel but I could not find an option to cancel!

Since then, Apple is trying to bill me for that!!!

How can I stop that?

Did you try to cancel your subscription in iTunes on your PC?

Try to get in contact with the official Appel Support, only they can access your personal data.

Yes, I did try, but there is nothing subscribed.

it's saying inactive, but apple still trying to bill me!

I am so confused and I don't know what to do.
