Macbook pro (Apple M2 Pro) keeps crashing

Currently my macbook keeps crashing around every 20/30 minutes. It is a managed device for work.

Below I've pasted the PANIC error. When searching for answers I notice that often it mentions that it can be related to the fact that it is a managed device , or some broken memory. Does anybody has a clue on what exactly is causing this issue?
