How to suppress "Finish Setup" reminders?

I recently setup my new iPhone and intentionally skipped Apple Pay and Siri. The first one because I do not feel comfortable ever putting any money-related stuff on my phone, so I don't plan on ever setting it up. The second because I need to learn a LOT more about how to configure my iPhone for privacy (since in the US we have no laws to guarantee it like they do in the EU), so it will be a long time before I am ready to turn it on.

So, I really want to silence the notifications reminding me to finish setting up my iPhone for those features... because they are very irritating.

How do I do it?
