Kindle app disappears
On both my iPads the Kindle app disappears as soon as I click on it. I have tried turning them off and on again. I can’t risk deleting the app as I could lose all my downloaded books. Please advise.

its an issue with Amazon and Apple devices. Amazon is aware and working on it. It could be 24 hours. In the mean time you can read you books in Kindle Cloud reader
