how come i cant download an app

Microsoft requires the macOS to be the current or two previous versions. Those are:

• Sonoma macOS 14
• Ventura macOS 13
• Monterey macOS 12

You appear to be running macOS 11 Big Sur. Your Macbook Pro must be Early 2015 or newer to run Monterey and install the current version of Word.
