I have followed the steps to give Facebook access to photos in my camera roll but when i go to settings> privacy and security> photos and try to enable for Facebook I only have the option to select “none” or “add photos only”. Cant figure out why I am not able to select any access to my photos

This is probably a screen time issue. Check to see if your AppleID is grey and if so you will have to recurse through all possible items in the screen time to turn them all off. After that you should see your AppleID information and then the settings you need in privacy will also be available.
