Unable to upload a photo to change my Facebook cover photo. Recently upgraded to iPhone 15. Facebook settings have been verified. I am now paying the .99 cents per month for extra storage. Verizon rep says I need to contact the Facebook app developer??? Any thoughts?

if updating iOS to current, and then deleting the app, restarting the iPhone, and re-downloading the app, do not clear this, then contact the app developer.
