EtreCheck Report - Please Review

Your Etrecheck report looks fine to me as well.

The only things I noticed are:

• You haven't created a Time Machine backup using an external drive. We recommend using an external drive at least twice the size of your internal drive. InI your case, as you appear to have 128GB of internal storage, you'd want an external hard drive around 512GB in size. When you get this drive, the first thing you'll want to do is format it using Disk Utility.
• I also noticed you have around 50GB of internal storage available, out of the 128GB internal storage size. I don't know if you have a lot of photos, but if you do, I'd recommend moving them to an external drive to save some space on your Mac.

Other than that, your Mac appears to be in fine shape.

I did not see anything problematic in your etrecheck report. frankly, it is among the cleanest I've ever seen.

so maybe you can share what issues (if any) that you were having that prompted you to run etrecheck. there would likely be someone here that could help you solve it.
