I'm not a macOS software expert, but I don't really see anything concerning in regards to the installed software although there are a couple of items which I am not familiar. Since @Grant didn't mention anything, I'm assuming they are probably fine, just make sure all of your third party apps are completely up to date.

Your macOS Sequoia is also a bit out of date, so you may want to install the 15.7.3 update patch although I doubt it will solve the Kernel Panic issue.

Unfortunately this particular laptop, the MBPro 16" (2019) model, has an extremely high rate of Logic Board failures...even the ones repaired by Apple tend to still have Logic Board issues. Plus you have so many different apps & services crashing which is very unusual since you don't have any of the usual problematic apps installed.

I don't recommend repairing any of the Intel USB-C Macs for multiple reasons, but especially not this model. The money spent on repairs is much better put towards a new laptop.

You definitely want to make sure you have good backups since if I am correct that this laptop's Logic Board is failing, then it could fail completely at any time. People should always have frequent & regular backups of the computer anyway. There are a lot of new ways to permanently lose access to the data stored on the internal SSD of the recent Macs due to all of the hardware, software, and security changes...even if the hardware is healthy.

you have un-explained kernel panics, especially this set:

2026-01-30 21:52:31 Kernel Panic (8 times)

First occurrence: 2026-01-16 22:59:08

Details:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xfffffff011b126a0): macOS panic detected

Panicked task 0xffffffe04d719b70: 0 pages, 236 threads: pid 0: kernel_

task

your backup status is unclear from the report without Full Disk Access granted to Etrecheck Pro.

¿what is the date of you most recent backup, and by what method?

I’ve had a few late-era Intel Macs randomly crashing like that.

Crashes all over the place fit that pattern, too.

Ended up replacing them, given an AppleCare repair came back and soon started crashing again and on a clean and empty install.

Usual test is a clean install of only macOS, and see if that crashes. That’ll also resolve any potential oddities caused by installed apps.

I’d check with Apple Support certainly too, but these crashes tend to be transient, and not show up in diagnostics.

Get current backups.
