I was a dummy and clicked on a fb link i shouldnt have and since then I keep getting these in my notifications. I have run antivirus, cleared cache, history, and nothing. Any idea how to make this stop?

Open Safari's preferences, then the Websites tab.
In the left column, choose Notifications. At the right, delete any entries there. Then uncheck the box below that so no other site can grant itself the right to send you push notifications.
