iPhone 14+ no longer syncs with iTunes on Mac

I’ve seen other reports of this, and experienced it myself. A workaround that I used successfully:

• Turn off Bluetooth in Settings (NOT from the Control Center)
• Turn on Airplane mode in Control Center
• Turn on Wi-Fi if it went off when you turned on Airplane mode

Please report whether or not this works for you. I’m part of a developer thread that is discussing it.

Interesting… I don’t have a iPhone 14+… I would participate if I could.

Your being proactive, that’s a good thing 👍

I’m not sure it is a 14+ problem exclusively, it’s more an iOS 17.2+ problem. Can you sync your phone to your Mac?
