Apple tv+ Signin

Every time I want to watch AppleTV+, i must signin. I I have to tried to figure out where the code comes from but each time I’m bumbling around and never sure what I did the time before. Will you please provide a Procedure for signing in to this frustrating product? Seems ridiculous that you have to do it all the time. C’mon Apple Product people!!
