it is possible to create a custom Apple One package?

I want an individual subscription to Apple Music and iCloud, but I have no interest whatsoever in Apple TV+ or Arcade, or in sharing with family members. I do, however, want Apple News. Is my only option to pay the Premier price for all those services I don't want? None of the three bundles fits my needs. Isn't there a way for subscribers to customize the package they want?
