Allowing apps access to my camera

Snapchat is asking me to allow access to the camera, but when I follow it to settings there’s no option to turn camera on. It will not let me into the app until I allow access. (I have an iPhone 11)

I followed the instructions to go to privacy and then to camera to allow access but there’s no apps listed asking to access to camera. I know I have plenty of apps that ask to allow access to camera so I’m confused why none are showing up.

I reset location & privacy. I made sure there’s no restrictions barring access. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothings worked.

To make matters worse, there’s other apps that won’t use face recognition anymore for the same reason. I’m extremely confused and don’t know how to fix this. Please help.
