Apple Pay
I have several accounts that use Apple Pay for payments.
Can I designate account (A) to only access payment method (A Visa), and account (C) to only access payment (C MasterCard)? Is this possible?

No, there is not currently an way to have specific subscriptions paid by specific credit/debit cards.
