Undo sync between iPhones

How do I undo the sync between my private iPhone and my work-iPhone that Spears everytime I put them toghether? Very annoying, I have done the sync once and that would be enough?

iPhone 13, iOS 17

That is not a sync, its merely a temporary connection when bringing devices together so you can then share things like photos or files between them using AirDrop. It does not actively sync anything between the devices on its own.

You can turn it off if you really want to in Settings ➜ General ➜ AirDrop ➜ Bringing Devices Together.
