My phone calls are somehow getting forwarded to a friends phone number that has had no contact with my phone at all. How do I stop this and how did it happen?

My phone is forwarding all calls that I declined or don’t pick up or if my phone is off on do not disturb it’s forwarding all my phone calls to one of my contacts phone number and I don’t know how it happened but I keep trying to get a hold of them every time I get them on the phone they hang up on me so I have a feeling that they did something somehow to do that becausewhen I use someone else’s phone number and I call my own phone, I declined the call on my own iPhone 14 and it ends up starting to ring on that person’s number they pick up and say she doesn’t have a number anymore you’re calling my phone and I get on the phone and I’m like how is this happening and he just hangs up on me, so what happened how do I fix this?
