Apple Junk Mail Rules not working as described.

I'm hoping to get a resolution to Apple Junk Mail Filters that I have set up to automatically delete junk mail vs. include in my Junk Mail. Currently I have to go through my Junk Mail folder every few days to make sure I am not missing something important but have to comb through 100's of emails I know are junk and spam for which I have set up very specific filters. Any help would be appreciated as I know this affects everyone out there. See screenshots below.
