Kernel Panics are predominately caused by hardware faults or faulty third-party kernel extensions.
Learn what to do if your computer restarts or shuts down unexpectedly, or you get a message that your computer restarted or shut down because of a problem.
If your Mac restarted because of a problem - Apple Support
<21G920>
The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, security updates 12.7.2
Keep your Mac up to date - Apple Support
To trouble shoot further you can:
—A SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
Does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled.
Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
This test will tell you if third party interference; most* extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.
—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support
This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.
unplug all third party peripherals when testing
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus
all known to cause issues on the macOS

Have you even tried to boot into Safe Mode as suggested by @leroydouglas?
Run the third party app EtreCheck and post the report here so we can examine it for clues. It is best run while booted normally, but it can still provide some useful information even when used while booted into Safe Mode.
More than likely some third party software is at fault since Launchd was the process involved in the Kernel Panic report. Anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software are the usual culprits in the majority of Kernel Panics of healthy hardware. Booting into Safe Mode should work if if it is an issue with third party software.
It appears you have a MacBook Pro 15" (2016) model.
After updating to 12.7.2 Monterey system preps crashes. Every time I need to access the network or anything that requires system prefs which means everything. Please provide to work around or a solution. My Mac is worked perfectly until this upgrade. I am extremely frustrated.
