Parental control of iPad via Samsung phone

Hello,

this question must have been asked many times before but I don't really know whether there has been any recent change.

I bought a 9th Generation iPad for my son. I use a Samsung Galaxy S22 phone. Is it possible for me to monitor and see what my son is doing via my android phone?
