How MacOS SONOMA install on my MacBook, as it is macOS Monterey 12.7.2
I am trying to upgrade my MacOS as SONOMA but it gives this error as attached

It really helps if you posted the exact model of your Mac. This can be found by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac".
Here is an Apple article with the system requirements for macOS 14.x Sonoma:

If your Mac is compatible with Sonoma, then try booting into Safe Mode and trying to install Sonoma. If this works, then it means you have some third party software installed which is interfering with the normal operation of macOS. Usual culprits are anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software.....none of which are needed on a Mac and usually causes more problems than they solve.
