ScreenTime: reduce loud sounds/volume limit gone????

Previous iOS versions of Screentime allowed parents to prevent changes to max volume. That is gone in iOS17 at least, might have been gone in earlier iOS versions.

What is the best way to keep kids from changing the max volume in Settings>Sounds & Haptics>Headphone Safety>Reduce Loud Sounds >>????

I agree. It is incomprehensible to be that why Apple would remove such feature?
