Maybe you took the photo at night with auto settings?

Unfortunately, this cannot be corrected. The most important thing when shooting is to set the camera appropriately on site.

Proper settings are always the best way, I was trying to correct a mistake I made. Thank you for the info about there not being a way to fix this.
