I found it, and unhid it. I had to use a Windows PC with iTunes on it, to fix this. My iPhone or my iPad were not able to do this.
Under account, in iTunes on a Windows PC, I found the hidden area where my music was at. I selected to un-hide it and everything was fine.
I looked in the iTunes hidden area on both my IOS devices and no music was there. I still don’t understand why that is the case.

It's been hidden. Go to the iTunes Store, scroll up to the bottom and view your Apple ID to sign in and look for hidden purchases.

I did exactly that. Nothing is in there. Items still missing.
It’s January 2024. I removed an album from my iPhone to make more room. It won’t download anymore. Show’s Purchased.
