You don’t install Safari as it is now part of macOS. Safari gets updated when macOS gets updated. There is no standalone Safari installer.

Why do you need to install Safari? Safari is already on your Mac and cannot be deleted. If you really meant how do you update Safari then the answer is Safari gets updated when macOS gets updated.
