If one reads the Social Media Outlets and bases one's concerns upon those postings.

You will never upGrade beyond macOS 10.15.7 Catalina

Ventura was released Oct 24, 2022

Whatever Bugs that were in that initial release macOS 13.0 have long since been fixed in current version 13.6.3

Whatever Bugs were in the initial Safari was fixed and continues to be fixed in the current version 17.2.1

Apple security releases

The biggest New Feature in Ventura in the Old System Preference being re-worked to System Setting

This makes System Setting similar and more in-line view as on iOS for iDevices

Staring in macOS 11 Big Sur and all newer versions and Operating System resides in a Sealed and Read Only Volume that can not be opened by the User nor by Third Party Applications.

That is a change from Catalina where the Operating System was in a Read Only Volume

macOS 11 Big Sur, has basically ended except for possible Security Updates

macOS 12 Monterey released Oct 27, 2021 has also basically ended except for possible Security Updates

macOS 13 Ventura still appears to have some more recent bug fixes and is still generally full supported from 3 Years since Date of Initial Release Oct 24, 2022.

Meaning 2025 would be the end of development IF Apple continues the same pattern of Full Support from 3 years of date of Release
