can i use 2 Apple TV's from one computer?

can i use 2 Apple TV's from one computer? I have a standard monitor in my studio and a large screen in another room. I want to send video to either monitor as required? Any thoughts?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

You can AirPlay to all AirPlay devices (such as Apple TV) on your network from your Mac.

This is done from Control Centre in the Menu Bar. See Apple's instructions in Use AirPlay to stream what’s on your Mac to an HDTV - Apple Support
