You can view Apple TV content on as many TVs as you want within the same country, provided that these TVs can access the Apple TV app. There are restrictions to simultaneously watch Apple TV app subscription content on a limited number of devices. For Apple TV+ content, that is up to 6 devices per subscription (to accommodate for Family Sharing). Other content providers may have other (usually lower) limits for simultaneous streams per subscription.

Users of unsupported TVs may choose to connect an external HDMI streaming device to their TV, that supports the Apple TV app. That can be an Apple TV box, Roku, Fire TV, PlayStation (4, 5), Xbox (One, One S, X, S), ‘Chromecast with Google TV’-dongle, Nvidia Shield TV, or (for Apple TV+ only) select cable/satellite boxes that support apps.

The TV will need to be wired to an Apple TV box or wired to some other Apple device with compatible audio-video output, or will need to be a model with Apple TV app.
The Apple TV app is available for various “smart” TV models, but is restricted to only Apple TV+ content.
Do what your single apple tv to power 2 tv's?
You can get a powered hdmi splitter. They cost $6.00 to infinity. (On eBay.)
I gamble sometimes. I purchased a couple 4K, 2017 boxes for $25.00 each. They don't have the black screen issue.
Best of Luck
