Why isn’t my Face ID working
My phone has fallen down and after that it’s Face ID stopped working

If the issue persists, after performing all the steps provided in the above support articles, contact Apple Support directly, using this specific link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&SG=SG003&category_id=SC0999&symptom_id=23303 , or even better, since your iPhone dropped and shuold be inspected for possible internal component circuit issue or other type of damage, make an appointment at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
