iPhone 15 won’t connect to Verizon when leaving my home ISP.

As soon as I leave my home internet, phone doesn’t recognize Verizon cellular as ISP. I can make calls but phone doesn’t allow me to use internet search or use map. Cellular Data is on. Yes , I pay for unlimited cellular data.

If I toggle switch, it will connect, but it should be automatic when I leave house. Phone will reconnect to home ISP as soon as I pull in driveway. So that part is automatic. Phone just doesn’t connect to cellular data when I leave house.

If your iPhone 15 is having trouble connecting to Verizon's cellular data network when leaving your home Wi-Fi network, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Check Cellular Data Settings:
    1. Go to "Settings" on your iPhone.
    2. Select "Cellular" or "Mobile Data."
    3. Ensure that "Cellular Data" is turned on.
    4. Check if "Enable LTE" is set to "Voice & Data" or "Data Only," depending on your preference.
  2. Check for Carrier Settings Updates:
    1. Go to "Settings."
    2. Select "General" and then "About."
    3. If there's an available update for carrier settings, you will see a prompt to install it. Install any available updates.
  3. Reset Network Settings:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Select "General" and then Transfer or Reset > Reset.
    3. Tap "Reset Network Settings."
    4. Note that this will reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, as well as cellular settings. You may need to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords after doing this.
