Are you sure this is from Apple?

Apple purchases need a buy or rent confirmation. Just speaking a title wouldn’t initiate a purchase.

Apple movie purchases do not show as SMS text message, instead you would get an email invoice, which would have a “report a problem”-link for any issues with that purchase. No “Thank you for ordering”, just the purchase details.

Apple purchases would show in your purchase history. View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support

If you did an accidental or unintended purchase from Apple, then you can request a refund for that. Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support. This is based on the items in your purchase history.

If you have password/Face ID requirement for purchases turned off, then please turn that on again, to bring an extra barrier against accidental purchases.
