Apple can terminate it, so you don't have to wait for it to expire though.
You will need to contact Apple Support directly to request termination.

Do note, it appears the subscription has already been attempted to be charged and failed, which means you currently owe the amount for the subscription. You will need to let the charge complete successfully before anything else can be done though. Once its completed and you have no pending charge, you can request a refund. Do note, refund will be sent to the payment method that was charged.
