Family sharing for Minecraft

We have family sharing turned on. My husband is the organizer. I purchased Minecraft on my phone and want to share it with our kids on their iPods. They all have it turned on and share purchases however when I go to the App Store and click on each kids profile picture it does not show me other accounts to select from to share apps.

Family sharing purchases I have an apple family sharing account, I’m the organiser (mum) My son purchased an app which supports family sharing (procreate dreams) and I want to share this with the rest of the family. I log on to his iPad, settings >family>sons account > purchases > sharing is turned on. When viewing sons settings from my family organiser account is says ‘purchases - not sharing’ when I click through it say ‘son shares purchases’ In the App Store I can not see sons app purchases. I restarted all the devices and still and no change. Any ideas before I smash 3 iPads with a hammer!
