Activating iPad with disabled Apple ID

My mom gave me an iPad around 7 years ago. I used it a lot. One day, I turned it on again just to find the text "Activation Lock" on my screen. I enter my Apple ID, password and it says "Apple ID Disabled".

I do everything, from restoring, to actually installing iTunes on my M2 MacBook Pro just for the iPad.

I do not have any proof of purchase, if anyone asks.

I was actually hoping your Apple ID was not an iCloud email address. That is the main drawback of using the iCloud email as your Apple ID. If there was a Trusted Phone number set on your Apple ID, it may be possible to have a reset link sent to that phone number instead of the Apple ID email. You will most likely need to deal directly with Apple since we have no access to your information. Here is the link: contact Apple Support

Using the third option in the link to reset the Apple ID Password by signing in to the iforgot site may be needed, but could take some time with the information provided.

It may also be possible to remove the Activation Lock using this link to support a support request, but in the past it also required documentation that you do not have, so that is why attempting to reset you password may be the better solution.

How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support

I think your best option is to contact Apple directly using the contact Apple link. They will be able to look at your account and give you the most precise option based on the information they have on your account and the information you can provide..

Again, 2 problems with your post:

1: Since I live in Albania, I need to use the American Apple Support number. But, I don't have ANY allowance on my SIM card (because I was given my number by a friend who changed numbers) so I can't call them anyway.

2: Same thing with my second-to-last reply. I don't know my iCloud account's birthday and the recovery email is set to the disabled iCloud account mentioned in my last reply.
