The model and the year of my MacBook Pro are missing

Hello, I have a problem, my MacBook Pro. When I open About My Mac, it looks like the model and the year is missing. Here's the screenshot of the evidence:

I try everything, but, none of them works. Also, when I search this ("com.apple.SystemProfiler.plist") file, this file is missing, is this file causing the missing the model and the year?

The model: MacBook Pro (Retina 13-inch, Early 2015)

How is this an issue...

What can you not do ?

From the Terminal.app you can see your model identifier number; this is the most practical identification:

sysctl hw.model | awk '{ print $2 }'

model identifier: MacBookPro12,1

The Early 2015 MacBook Pro is the only MacBook Pro with i5 at 2.7 GHz, so there shouldn’t be any doubt on what year this model was introduced. That may not work for every processor variant, but it works in this case.

Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support

Check your service and support coverage (by serial number) - Apple Support

This would return the device year too, among brief other information, for a device serial number.
