Cannot enable Spatial Audio

While listening to music on Spotify (MacBook Air, M2 Chip) with 3rd Generation AirPods, the option to enable Spatial Audio from both control centre and the Menu Bar's AirPods icon is greyed out and labelled "Not Available".

Any comments/help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi mate,

just figured this one out as of 10 seconds ago.

Settings, accessibility, audio/visual, turn off mono audio.
