How to disable menu bar color changing with apps?

Upgraded to Sonoma, and now the menu bar at the top of the screen will change colors based on the app or some other reason. I was using Indesign and randomly the bar turned pink to match the app, so then I clicked out of the app and the color went back to normal. Then I clicked on the app again, but this time the color didn't change. I don't want a lightshow while using my computer, especially when it isn't even consistent.

How do I disable this 'feature'?
