Reminders Smart List Filters

When creating a Smart List in Apple's Reminders app, one of the filtering options is to exclude or include reminders from "Lists". It only allows me to select one list. If I add another filter, the "Lists" option is gone.

Is there a way to filter to include multiple lists?

I cannot find a way to include/exclude multiple at once. Is it possible? Seems like it should be, I don't get why it should be restricted just to one include/exclude.
