So my iPhone 4s has not been working as I try to login to Google it keeps loading even though its connected to a 1000mbps WiFi speed it keeps an showing a loading screen for around 3.5 hours.

That's a 12 year old (going on 13) iPhone. It's now obsolete and no longer supported. I'm amazed it does anything still. There's not much advice anyone here could offer for such an old relic except to tell you it's time to buy a newer,. modern iPhone.
Your Wi-Fi router might implement a new enough version of Wi-Fi to support 1000 Mbps, but that iPhone 4s has Wi-Fi that is “Wi-Fi: 802.11b/g/n (802.11n 2.4GHz only).”
