Hello, my safari didn’t work: safari can't connect to server, App Store also can’t connect, I can’t exit in my settings from my Apple ID. I use the same WiFi connection for Mac and my phone (15 pro max) but phone work

Which macOS version?
If you are using DNS server settings not provided by your ISP, revert to the ISP DNS servers, and try again.
Any add-on security apps, add-on VPN apps, add-on anti-malware apps, add-on firewall apps, or similar apps installed here? If so, remove all of those apps per the vendors’ instructions, restart, and try again.

It seems like that you don’t have an internet connecyion, you might want to check that
