I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max it is connected to WiFi, however I am unable to use it it won’t open up any websites or the App Store. It has iOS 18.4.1

Force Restart the phone. It may take a couple of attempts to get the speed and sequence of the key presses correct before you see the Apple Logo confirming it has worked.:
If that does not resolve the problem, then restart the router. Being connected to WiFi does not mean the router has an internet connection.
