Offloaded apps

Hello everyone, just wondering, what happens to the data from an offloaded app? Does it still exist on the iPhone? Can you ever see the data?

if you can’t ever get the app back, can you get the data out?

Hi Zodie_Bolt.

When an app is offloaded, the data that was on the app still exists on the device, but it can not be accessed until the app is reinstalled. This means that although data is not deleted whatsoever, offloading apps is simply meant to free space on your device and no data can be accessed until the app has been redownloaded.

I hope this helps!
