Black Screen on Apple TV+

I am trying to watch AppleTV+ on my laptop. I am signed in, the device is authorized. The movie shows a millisecond of the film then goes black. It happens for TV shows, etc. I can see video on the movie previews showing on the appletv menu but when I select something, it goes black.

Verify that both the dock and the monitors (and any adapters, cables) all support HDCP. Playback of DRM’ed content requires that the whole chain from decoding to pixels is HDCP supporting. Contact the manufacturers if you can’t find it in documentation. [Additionally, HDCP for 4K requires a newer version (2.2 or later) of HDCP than 1080p (1.x).]
