I've been watching movies I've bought on apple for years. Suddenly I try to watch a movie and all I get is a blank screen. All cables are tight. Everything on the same wifi account. Any help? Thanks.

pull the plug on appletv and wifi router and tv and let them start up once more
test starting the movies on an iPhone, iPad or computer to verify they works there if they do not then use
Well, it turns out that unplugging everything didn't fix the problem. But the weird thing is that it's only movies that don't play. The tv shows I've bought play just fine. I'll report the problem to Apple.
Thank you. That seems to have worked. I'll know for sure the next time I watch a movie on my tv but it opened right up on my phone. I should have thought of that myself. Thanks again.
