How can I unlock an old iPhone 4s?

Hi! I got a Apple 4S iPhone from one my Neighbour. I don't have any user Id, password or mail Id. How can I unlock it. Even the phone owner (76 year old lady) don't know the mail Id or phone number. Please help to unlock the iPhone.
