My Apple Pay wallet isn’t working and I can’t make anymore purchases

I am having problems with Apple Pay on my wallet. I am being declined on all my cards for the same purchase and only app purchase

Is Apple Wallet showing the expiration date as expired? That’s become a common issue over the last 10 days. The work around is to add another payment method using a four digit expiration date. Remove the problematic card. Restart iPhone. Add problematic card to account using four digit expiration date. Secondary payment method may be removed if desired.
