Undelivered email

I received the following at 18:41 uk time on 5th Jan 2024:

Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

This is a system-generated message to inform you that your email could not

be delivered to one or more recipients. Details of the email and the error are as follows:

<***@icloud.co.uk>: connect to icloud.co.uk***

Connection timed out

it has two attachments:

Delivery report 433 bytes

and

Undelivered messge 5 KB

The @icloud.co.uk makes me wary.

Is this genuine or a scam?
