ICloud storage

I bought storage by subscribing for 3 month for 50GB but my storage remains th same not updated, what could be the problem.

iPhone 7, iOS 15

If you have the 50 GB plan you pay each month to keep 50 GB; you do not get an extra 50GB for each month that you rent space. If you sign up for the 200 GB or 2TB plans your monthly charge is different to maintain that level of space in iCloud. iCloud space is wholly different from device space.
