my iphone 14 is frozen and i cannot get it to restart
an allow notifications badge popped up and i locked my phone accidentally and now i cannot close the notification or restart my phone

Have you tried the steps explained in the link above your post? If you did but they did not help, you could make an appointment at your local Apple Store to have someone look at it.
